Upon return to normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 8th, 2020, your support tickets will be responded to as quickly as possible.
Please note, if your community is experiencing a Severity 1 issue as defined in our FAQs and it is hosted with Telligent SaaS please contact us via phone and you will receive a response from an on-call technician to assist you.
Again, EMEA/APAC customers are unaffected by this holiday.
