To all of our wonderful customers and partners, thank you for continuing to trust us as we build and support your platform of choice for creating incredible communities.

Between Friday, July 10th @ 5:00 PM Central through Saturday, July 11th @ 8:00 AM Central we will be performing maintenance and upgrades on our internal systems with which our community-based Support Portal integrates.

During this time you may be unable to create new cases or view/update existing cases directly via the Support Portal.

If Telligent hosts your community, rest assured that your investments with us will remain monitored during this time.

Please note, if your community is experiencing a Severity 1 issue as defined in our FAQs please call 877-739-5530. Our answering service will be delighted to field your call and you will receive a response from an on-call technician to assist you.
