As such, general product support will be unavailable during this time. You will still be able to log a case with us via our normal channels including emailing email@example.com. Upon return to normal operating hours on Monday, January 4th, 2016, your support tickets will be responded to as quickly as possible.
Please note, if your community is experiencing a Severity 1 issue as defined in our FAQs and it is hosted with Telligent SaaS you will receive a response from an on-call technician to assist you.
