US Thanksgiving Holiday Support Hours - EMEA/APAC Unaffected

As the holidays approach, we will have varying office hours which will impact our support availability. Please note that our US offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28th, 2019 and Friday, November 29th, 2019.

As such, general product support for US customers ONLY will be unavailable during this time. You will still be able to log a case with us via our portal that's integrated with this community. You can go directly to the cases page via Upon return to normal operating hours on Monday, December 2nd, 2019, your support tickets will be responded to as quickly as possible.

Please note, if your community is experiencing a Severity 1 issue as defined in our FAQs and it is hosted with Telligent SaaS you will receive a response from an on-call technician to assist you.
