As such, general product support will be unavailable during this time. You will still be able to log a case with us via our integrated case portal. Upon return to normal operating hours on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023, your support tickets will be responded to as quickly as possible. Responses on this Community will also be impacted.

Please note, if your hosted community is experiencing a Severity 1 Site Down issue as defined in our FAQs please call 877-739-5530. Our answering service will be able to field your call and you will receive a response from an on-call technician to assist you.
