As the holidays approach, we are heading into our annual Verint Cloud Environment Change Freeze. I have provided a summarized outline below with the highlights.
- How long is the change freeze?
- This freeze will run from November 23rd, 2022 through January 8th, 2022 inclusive.
- Activities prohibited during the change freeze:
- Releases to live production environments.
- Regular changes such as application and general OS updates.
- Non-urgent fixes.
- Activities which will continue during the freeze:
- Maintenance activities such a reboots.
- Severity 1 emergency fixes.
- Project go-live activities which are scheduled and/or not yet launched.
