Question

I keep getting this exception each time I start the site with a standard OOTB CFS and DB. The Guid has a random uppercase C in 74C30 which is causing the issue.

This shouldn't be new to 14. This is an upgraded site, right? Do you know what version it upgraded from? 
 The casing issue was a known issue that should have been addressed when upgrading older sites to 12.0.5.20244 or later with "TE-17514 - Fixed possible issue when updating from versions prior to 9.2 due to casing issue with folder name". 
 If for some reason that older patch didn't apply, it can be manually adjusted by renaming
