Just noticed a plugin labeled “PO Language Exporter” specifically related to upgrading to V14. When was this introduced? Are there any clients on versions that might not have this but have different languages? How would this be done for them?

Just to confirm, this is not a screenshot from 14, right? Version 14 uses a new localization format, adopting standardized PO files. The PO Language Exporter is a plugin added to version 13 to aid in exporting existing translations from 13 into the new format for 14. PO files are more widely accepted by localizers.
