Triage Ideas

As a Community Manager or a Group Owner, to ensure that group members’ ideas and votes are being heard, it is important to triage the ideas on a regular basis.

Once an idea has been submitted and voted upon and commented on (if applicable), the triage process should begin. 

This process could include commenting on the idea to get clarification or additional details about the idea.

It also will include updating the status of the idea based on where it is currently in the review lifecycle.
