We are migrating from legacy on prem SharePoint to the new 365 cloud SharePoint, requiring all SharePoint owners to move their content and files to the new environment which in turn creates all new URLs, and breaking links in the community.
We are able to run a script to find the content where all the URLs reside for a mass URL update for each group, but we also want group owners to review the content and links to see if they are still relevant and needed. We were able to include the content ID in the results of the script which helps filter out erroneous and duplicate results, but it doesn't look like a user can use the content ID to search for it in the community.
Is there a script that can be run to locate the SharePoint URLs and provide the community URL for group owners to be able to go in and verify content without having to data mine their entire group?
