Is there a widget that will display who the author of an Article is?
As far as we’re aware, there isn’t an out-of-the-box widget in Verint Community that specifically displays the author of an individual article.
The closest option available today is the Activity Story Stream. While it’s not article-specific, you can configure a tab to filter for recently created articles, and that view will display the author (i.e., who created the content).
That said, this is something that could be achieved through a customization—either by extending an existing widget or creating a new one to surface the article author metadata.
Out of curiosity, what’s your use case for displaying the author? There are a few common scenarios where this comes up, for example:
If you can share a bit more about what you’re trying to accomplish, it may help point toward the best approach.

The feedback we received for the need for publishing the author included similar scenarios for what you have listed. While there is the feedback feature for follow ups and additional clarity on a piece of content, it's the highlighting of SMEs and process/ document owner for further clarity in the business.
I believe the easiest work around at this moment is using the @ mention where applicable, either at the beginning or end of the article, or the Activity Story Stream as suggested.
I'll add this idea for consideration in future versions.
Appreciate your insight.
