CredSpark Survey/Poll not appearing in the Email Digest

This is most likely expected platform behavior. Email digests in Verint are generally limited to rendering basic content like plain text and images, and I have not seen it be able to support embedded or interactive components such as CredSpark surveys or polls. That’s why you’re seeing the message: “This embeddable may not be viewed in the current render target.”

At this time, there isn’t a native way to have those interactive elements display directly within digest emails. A common workaround is to include a link or call-to-action in the email that directs users back to the community page where the survey/poll is hosted.

That said, it may be worth confirming with Casey and/or Gabbi at CredSpark to see if they have any recommended approaches or alternative embed options that are more email-friendly.

Thanks, Sara Collins ! Anshuman Prusty , have you explored CredSpark's Deliver tab? It offers the ability to generate HTML code to embed the first question of a quiz or poll in an email. I don't know if that will work in the digest email, but it might be worth a try?
