Auth0 SSO not working

Hi,

I am trying to setup SSO using auth0. I have setup as per the documentation on Verint site to enable SSO using OpenID.

I am able to somewhat login by manipulating the url, but once logged in.

My account, which is Admin, is giving

Access Denied

You do not have permission to perform the requested action.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

All the roles and users relations have been migrated to auth0 already. The users/roles are still there in the Verint.

Hi Amit Patel, we support Verint Community admins on a weekly basis in setting up SSO with OIDC, sometimes it requires slightly more work and config than other times. To be able to support you properly with this, people in the forum here would require more information. I assume this might require sharing some more sensitive data or sharing screens.
