New Manager - Join groups and sign up for notifications in bulk?

Hi Y'all!

I am joining a robust community as a community manager and I'm looking to join all of the groups and forums, and get alerts for for event notifications in bulk. I'm not seeing a way to do that in the documentation and I am not finding any similar questions in the history. Rather than continuing to go one by one through each and every group which takes multiple clicks (join the group, go to the event calendar, turn on notifications for the event calendar, go to my email preferences, subscribe to the digests, etc.) I'm hoping someone here knows of a more efficient way to manage membership in groups through the admin panel rather than the end user interface.

    Very short and simple answer: there's no way with OOTB features to subscribe in bulk to all applications and digests in a group.
    Unfortunately you will have join all groups manually, subscribe to all digests manually and subscribe to all applications manually. The fastest way to do that is to join all the groups and then go to your profile and to settings and then to Email digests and subscribe there. Then in all the groups you will have to go into all applications and turn on notifications.

    It can be done in bulk but only via script or automations which, if you have one, your technical team can help you with or one of the Verint development partners for example.
