New Members / Members

Hi Jennifer , that's right. The New members report in the administrator section doesn't give you a filtering option on groups.

What you can do instead is:

• If you're on Version 13 you can go into a group and manage members and then export the members to CSV and then use the JoinDate data to report on when users joined a group.
• If you're on Version 12 or lower, you can go to the Telligent Marketplace and download a tool called "Group members export" to do the above.
