Blog Editing Process Not Completing

Hi Community,

I'm running into an issue when trying to edit a blog post where I'm able to make the edits but the posting process never finishes after I hit post. I see a continuous loop of three dots next to the Cancel button. I've tried refreshing the page and nothing happens.

Is anyone else encountering this?

Hi ezadorian

I have encountered this issue here and there throughout the years. I can’t pin down the exact behavior and what triggers it - but anytime I have had this issue I have created a ticket with Verint support and they were able to help resolve the issue pretty quickly

It has been a long time seen I have seen this issue so I am not sure what caused it last - but you can also ask Verint support if they can identify what caused the issue in addition to getting a fix
