Hi,
We are banning an account for 15 minutes using the user update option. In Administration > Membership > User, the account correctly shows as banned.
However, even after the ban period has expired, the user account still appears as banned until a specific date.
Additionally, when a banned user attempts to log in after the ban has elapsed, the first attempt shows the message “Your account is banned.” But on subsequent attempts, the user is able to log in successfully.
