Reporting on Achievements

There is indeed no report on achievements or points. Some customers choose to modify their Reward and Recognition program with a bespoke badges and points system. There is indeed great value in measuring both point progression, point density, value interactions by points, and badge progressions. Since it is not there, I am currently pioneering to build it. Love to hear what would work for you.

I completely agree with Wilfried — there’s definitely a gap when it comes to visibility into achievements and points over time. We've also seen increasing interest from customers who want more robust reporting around recognition metrics like badge distribution, point trends, and recipient activity within specific timeframes.
