We recently updated our site to version 13 and in our smoke testing noticed an issue with $core_v3_feature.List("%{}"). In the new version regardless of the actual count of featured content the total count of the paged list returns as 139. Our site only has 1 featured content but list is returning this high count anyways. Attached image shows the not matching details. manually setting page size to 10 was done in an attempt to locate the phantom content.
