Customer Journey Mapping on SaaS?

I am seeking to use an automated site crawler (e.g. Screaming Frog, Crawl4AI) on our Community instance on Verint's SaaS to assist with Customer Journey mapping.  Unfortunately...and unsurprisingly...this is being blocked by robots.txt.

Is there a specific way that Verint prefers we do this?  Is this a ticket to Verint SaaS to allow our tool to crawl?  I have not yet found any documentation on this.

I do know that site scraping is possible as one of our downstream channel partners has done it, but seeking some best practice guidance here.  Thanks all.

  • Hi

I'm not sure if this was answered through a separate channel, but I wanted to follow up on your question regarding the use of automated site crawlers (e.g., Screaming Frog, Crawl4AI) on Verint’s SaaS-hosted Community.

To our knowledge, there isn’t an out-of-the-box option or public documentation that supports this functionality.

That said, it may be worth submitting a support ticket or reaching out directly to your Verint contact to confirm whether this type of access can be enabled and if there’s any internal guidance available. It could be possible that there may be a supported path under certain conditions.
