Rest Api calls are failing

hello everyone,

When I load my community site in a web browser. I receive errors (pertaining to api.ashx calls) on my browser console. The site loads just fine on the server. And I see these errors and rest api call failures when i try to access the site from any place other than on the server it is configured on.

Any pointers to troubleshoot the issue is much appreciated.

A few qualifying questions? Assume when you say "other than on the server it is configured on" that you have installed Verint on your own server or VM

Do you have the access code turned on?
Does the domain of the URL you are using match the domain that is in web.config?

We have the 13.x solution configured on our VM. For the authentication we are using built-in OAuth 2.0 plugin. The domain in the web.config and the domain of the URL that we are using is the same. Also, to use with Rest Apis I created a OAuth Client in the web app.
