Authentication - password criteria and exposing to users

In v13 there are some new password criteria defined in the admin panel -> authentication -> authentication options

I cannot see any way to expose these to inform the user of the restrictions, the only value appears to be the password min length ?

I realise that the validation error shows what is missing, but it would be good to be able to expose the rules alongside the length prompt
