Email Digest translations

Good day forum,

I'm having a hard time updating 2 language resources for the email digest. We use 3 other languages other than English and these particular resources don't appear to exist in the other languages. I have no idea where to find or add them as they're only available under the Translations tab of the Email, and are NOT in the Email Studio. 

We are on v13.0.0.29831 and yes we've imported all available v13 language packs, and we've gone over them to see if we could find them in the files themselves - no luck. 

English Resources

French (this is the same for PT and ES)

These are the only resources available under the Resource tab in the Email Studio (these have majorly been cleaned up after the upgrade)

Anyone know how or where I can add these particular resources so I can get them translated?

    It sounds like you're encountering an issue where specific resources for the email digest are only available under the Translations tab of the Email but are not appearing in Email Studio for your additional languages. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Language Resource Mapping: Even though you’ve imported all available v13 language packs, it’s possible that the resource keys you’re looking for are not correctly mapped in your language pack files. After upgrading, certain language resources may need to be manually added or updated in the corresponding translation files.

    2. Locate the Missing Resources: In the Translations tab, you should be able to see the resource keys. You may need to check whether these specific keys are missing or untranslated in your other language packs (French, Portuguese, Spanish). If they aren’t present, you can add them manually under the Translations section by creating new translations for those resources (click add resource) and it should translate newer resources 

    3. If you still can't find a resolution, I would recommend reaching out to Verint Support for more in-depth troubleshooting. They may be able to provide more specific guidance for your version (v13.0.0.29831).
