Force a user to reverify their email address

I do not think it is possible out of the box, as I am sure you are aware. You can force a sign in on next visit for a user: 

I am thinking this is something that could possibly be done with an automation - not sure how often or what kind of cadence/ use case you have for users reverifying their email address. But if it could be solved with an automation and you want a uer to reverify after so many days - I wonder if you can even partially utilize the OOTB automation for users who have not visited the community in x days. Rework it - so the automation still fires off after however many predefined days - but then the user gets forced to reverify their email address
