Setting up the AIM (Agent initiated monitorring) in a Citrix VDI desktop enviorment

I am trying to setup up AIM (Agent initiated monitoring) in a Citrix VDI desktop enviorment.  After instaling the Capture software, I see the AIM prgram in the task bar with the stop, pause, resume features and both audio and screens are recording. However when I attempt to pause, stop, or resume recording the feature is not working.

Is the AIM featuer fully compatible with Citrix VDI, and google chome in this enviorment?  am I missing something?
