Since upgrading to version 13 last week we have been receiving regular emails stating - to note we are on-prem:

There is no issues with the service, and search has never gone down, but we keep getting these emails. We had a similar issue in 12.1 with emails regarding the job service, which of course was also a false notification (sometimes we can get up to a dozen or more a day). Is there a "timer" for these notifications? For example, if there's a 3 second delay, it spits out an email? I'd like to tune this since it's not an actual issue and we're just getting spammed again with a different issue since upgrading.
