after upgrading to 13.0.0.29831 I'm getting accessed denied on every page and accessing administration

The site shows my avatar and the menu is correct, but everything I attempt to access, including pages and administration returns an Access Denied. Anything I should be trying?

The issue is resolved. Thanks. I worked on it with support and was escalated to an engineer.still having reporting issues though.
