Im looking querying the use of the mass scheduling function on WFM. Ive looked at the documentation for it, but it doesn't really give much information other than what data to enter into the columns. Has anyone used this before, if so what was it like? Is there a good use for it, compared to other methods? if anyone has a good link for a information pack on using this function too that would be amazing. Thanks
