Knowledge Management - Document List : Configuration

Description

Purpose

Lists knowledge documents.

Limitation

This widget requires Knowledge Collections be enabled on the site.

Where it works

This widget works on just about any page in the site.

Configuration

Place the widget 

1. Click Pencil Icon >  Manage [Site/Group] Theme > Edit this Page
2. Select and place the Achievement - List widget on the page
3. Click on  in the widget menu bar. The configuration dialog appears.
4. You can change the title of this widget by replacing the text in the Widget Title box.
5. Knowledge Collection - Select the desired Knowledge Collection. Default = Current Article Collection
   
6. Tags - Select one or more tags to filter documents. If none is specified, the contextual tag will be used.
7. Categories - Select one or more categories to filter documents. If none is specified, all categories of documents will be listed.
8. Number of documents to display - Define the number of knowledge documents to be displayed on a page. Default = 10
9. Enable paging - When checked paging will be available once the number of documents to display is exceeded.
10. Click Save to exit the configuration dialog.
11. Click Publish when complete.
