First you need to enable embedding IFrames by going to Administration > Moderation > Filtering and checking "Frames", then save.
Once enabled, you will need to verify that it is enabled for the appropriate Applications. For example, on blog posts go to Administration > Applications > Content > Blog Posts, check "Frames", then save
