List groups managed in user profile

Hello!
We're interested in finding better ways to highlight our member community chairs in their community profiles.

They're designated as managers of community groups, and I wondered if there's a way we could surface that in their community profiles automatically?

We already use achievements, which we assign manually to community chairs, so there's a badge on their profile that displays, but it doesn't specify which group they're a manager of. We're considering adding a text field where they can list which groups they chair, but it would be great if there's a way to automatically populate something given their.

Can you think of a way to do this that would be more automated and more connected than a plain text field?

  • nevermind! I was able to make a custom widget

    #set($options = "%{ UserId = $core_v2_user.current.Id, PageSize = 100 }")
    #set($memberships = $core_v2_groupUserMember.List($options))
    #set($hasCommunities = false)
    #foreach($membership in $memberships)
    #if($membership.MembershipType == 'Manager')
    #set($hasCommunities = true)
    #end
    #end
    #if($hasCommunities)
    <h3>Community Chair of</h3>
    #foreach($membership in $memberships)
    #if($membership.MembershipType == 'Manager')
    <div style="margin-bottom:4px;">
    • $membership.Group.Name
    </div>
    #end
    #end
    #end
