Report of new group members for moderators

At this time (as far as I know), there isn’t a way to generate a report specifically based on group join date or to automate a weekly report of new members by group in your current version.

Within the Admin panel (Groups → Group Details), you can select an individual group and view summary data showing how many members joined in the past 7 or 30 days. However, this is only a high-level count and doesn’t provide a downloadable list of those specific users.

Looking ahead, this functionality is improved in Version 13. There, Group Membership Exports are available at the group level. These exports can be permissioned (via the Manage Membership permission), so group owners can access them directly. The export includes details like each member’s access level, join date, and last visited date—making it much easier to identify and reach out to new members. The report would still need to be run per group, but it gives you the visibility you're looking for.

If upgrading to Version 13 isn’t on your roadmap just yet, there are some other helpful features and enhancements you might find valuable in the meantime (see  Release Notes for Community 13 ). For your specific need, though, achieving a recurring, automated report in Version 12 would require a custom development effort.
