Custom date range in Reporting

In the Reports, the option for Custom Range is not available to me. I wanted to make some bar graphs showing usage over time for certain factors (annual figures) over the past three years. But all I can fetch is 2024 data. Am I doing something wrong?

I am looking within reporting in your community - and I do see "custom range" listed as an option for all reports where it is expected. Which report are you specifically trying to view a custom date range on?
