Using email confirmation process to grant/deny user role permissions in a specific group

Is it possible to utilize the OOTB email confirmation process to trigger a workflow based on a user button click that sends an email to a dynamically-driven third party address (based on Group) that include multiple custom link-driven choices in it, each sending a separate unique http request back to Verint for further workflow processing around granting or denying a new role in that Group for the original user?

  • While the Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) email confirmation process doesn’t natively support the full workflow you’ve described, it is definitely possible to achieve this with some custom code and integrations. By leveraging Verint’s API and advanced customization options, you can create a solution that triggers the email confirmation after a user button click, dynamically generates email content with custom links, and sends those requests to a third-party address. Happy to discuss further!
