Notifications based on search query and/or bookmarks possible?

Is it possible in Verint 12. to set up notifications based on labels, tags, bookmarks or search query?

Users want to be able to subsribe to notificaties based on a certain search query. I could not find this option anywhere, also even to 'store' search query's.

If that is not an option, would it be an option to store/save search query's OR to set notifications based on labels or tags?

Thanks!

  • Hi

Thanks for your great question! In Verint 12, out-of-the-box functionality doesn't currently support setting up notifications directly based on search queries, labels, or tags. However, this is something that could be accomplished with some customization. A custom widget or additional development could be created to enable users to subscribe to notifications based on specific search queries or criteria like labels and tags.

For saving search queries, while it's not a native feature to "store" queries in a persistent way, there might be a workaround or a way to leverage saved filters. Hope that helps clarify things, and feel free to reach out if you have more questions!
