Embed Video

Depending on how you are embedding the video, there may be a way to add some custom code under tool> source code in the rich text editor to have the video force rendered at a specific width and size. However, you may need to consider how this width and height will work not only on desktop devices but also on tablets and mobile devices as it may cause bugs when resizing (if your community has those users). 

We have a product that allows you to embed a video inline:  Featured Video  However this product does not allow you to control the height, but it does fill available space. I am more than happy to schedule a demo if you would like to see more and meet your needs! 

We also have an embeddable package:  UI/ UX Embeddable Bundle that contains an iframe embeddable that allows you to insert iframes and control the height and width. Again, I am more than happy to schedule a demo if you would like to see more and if this product will meet your needs!
