Ongoing Job Server outages?

Curious if anyone else is dealing with ongoing Job Server outages?  We've been getting them every couple of days for the last 2 weeks.  CloudOps will resolve only for the issue to return a day or two later.

It's incredibly disruptive. New users get frustrated because they don't receive their account validation emails, and our internal teams don't get the notifications their process requires.

  • Mhh... we've had that a while back but not anymore...you on US server I presume? 12.1.4 itself is pretty stable. Could be that the security patching is not done yet. I know there is a freeze soon, so perhaps wait for the patching to be done. I know they are working on that.

  • We've observed these regularly but not so frequently, and it is very frustrating for our staff members. It would be great to have an alerting mechanism that automatically sends an alert to Verint Support and us whenever a job service fails or shuts down. 

    The only way to get this resolved is to open a support ticket with Verint.

    We have observed this issue more frequently in earlier versions of 12.1. However, since some of our clients have to later versions of 12, it has become a much rarer occurrence. I recommend submitting a ticket with Verint each time this happens, as it will help them investigate the issue and identify the root cause.

       

    If the issue is related to the Job Server, please note that the message at the top of the site and the notifications are only sent to admins, so end users should not be impacted. Additionally, as  mentioned, it might be worth waiting until the freeze is completed, as this could be linked to ongoing security patching efforts.
