Ongoing Job Server outages?

Curious if anyone else is dealing with ongoing Job Server outages?  We've been getting them every couple of days for the last 2 weeks.  CloudOps will resolve only for the issue to return a day or two later.

It's incredibly disruptive. New users get frustrated because they don't receive their account validation emails, and our internal teams don't get the notifications their process requires.
