I don't see anything in the admin menus where this is defined, but it looks like it's set to 80% of the normal font by default.
It could likely be updated with CSS changes though through Theme Studio.
I feel that the vote link should actually be a button in the 'Always show results' option i.e. the same as it is in the 'Show results after voting' option otherwise it's missed by the readers and they sometimes think that the poll has closed already
