If you are asking for that Identifier for the anonymous user - you can
1. Go to the administration panel of your site
2. Click on the Memership tab
3. Within Members search for "Anonymous"
4. Click on the Edit Button
5. On the First tab, Administration click View Identifiers
6. Once you click that - it will expand and display the ID
