We noticed this too and created a ticket with Verint. The engineering team reviewed this issue and confirmed that is a bug. They have logged this new Bug# "TE-18500: Date facets are missing from SERP page"
They were able to provide us with a workaround which was a code update to the ootb "Search Result List" widget. I would recommend creating a ticket with Verint to receive further assistance
