Managers emailing their group members

It would also be great if you could @mention everyone in a group in order to trigger a notification in the same way that you can do with Facebook groups. I 'think' @mentioning the group name in Verint software 'may' do something similar but I haven't tested it out. It would also rely on everyone in the group having the 'Someone mentions my group' notification enabled in their settings but again I'm not sure if that's referring to a group that you manage or a group that you're a member of? 

This of course is not the same as being able to email or PM the group's members as a whole by the group owner or managers which would also be a great thing to have.

Thanks for clarifying that Tom  saves us having to test it out. I'm guessing that it is dependant on whether or not the individual users have their notification for that enabled though? 

You are correct, this option does not override a member's individual settings.
