We got an email from a customer today, saying that he has been unable to see their messages for the last 15 days, I impersonated him and in fact, the last message available is from Oct 10, 2023. I've looked in the DB and this user has 258 conversations, 28 new ones after October 10th. The user only sees an error on the screen: "An error has occurred. Please try again, or contact your administrator."
I've used the API (api.ashx/v2/conversations) in order to see if I was able to get more information and in fact, I got the following:
"Info": [ "The last valid page was returned because the requested page index was out of bounds." ],
Is there a limit with conversations? maybe this is a bug? Thanks.
