Graphing packages for custom reports

I am building some custom reports. Wondering which graphing package is used for the OOTB telligent reports and if it is possible to use those libraries to render some charts for my own reports.

Using libraries shipped in communities is not really supported extensibility for the reason that if we discover bugs or security issues in the library and must update(or even downgrade) it you run the risk of your custom work ceasing to function.
