We have a reoccuring situation happening. Is this a bug? If not, how do we resolve.
User A: Can message anyone
User B: Can only message freinds
User B sends User A a message. User A responds to User B, but message will not send because they are not friends.
Stephen Vicino any chance it's related to this? I know you said it's outbound but worth a check for consistency's sake.
Or do A & B have the same roles on the site? I think, but I'm not sure, that the Manage Membership permission allows you to message anyone, regardless of friendship?
