Looking at the script and REST APIs, I see no way to add our own Article Type, so I think we're stuck with FAQ, Alert and Article.
Behind the scenes I can see that the database is all set up to allow additional entries to be added and mapped to a different graphic, so on my local dev PC I added a new row & it worked without a problem;
I'm very conscious I can't do this further than a proof-of-concept on my local PC 
Is there any supported way to do this in v12?
