Is there any documentation of Verint's RSS features? In particular the modes, switches, variables, etc.
Purely by trial and error I discovered you can set the 'mode' on a forum's feed to filter which type of questions/discussions are shown, but I couldn't find this documented anywhere in the User, API, or Developer documentation
www.sitename/f/discussions/rss?mode=0 "Recent Threads" is the default
.../f/discussions/rss?mode=1 "Unanswered Questions"
.../f/discussions/rss?Mode=2 "Active Threads"
.../f/discussions/rss?Mode=3 "unread threads"
...//f/discussions/rss?Mode=4 Recent thread again?
.../f/discussions/rss?Mode=5 "Video Threads?"
.../f/discussions/rss?Mode=6 "No Response Threads"
any other numbers 7-9 simply report as "Recent Threads" like 4 - I can't determine which options would match up with "Questions with Suggested Answers" or Verified Answers
I was curious if there were other switches or variables that could be applied to the RSS feed, and similarly I'd be interested the various options for the /Searchrss feeds which also seem to be hit or miss.
