Use the Roles.List API.

GET api.ashx/v2/{application}/{id}/roles.{json|xml}

When I run that I get the following error:

    "Errors": [

        "The required REST API scopes were not granted to this API key: security.roles.readonly."

    ]

}

Is there any documentation on how to update the REST API Scopes?
