Can you disable all members from deleting their forum replies?

Being able to delete your own content is by design, however that should not extend to child posts.  If you are seeing different I would contact support but in those cases the deleted one should say indicate it was deleted while maintaining the children.   If the user has permission then they can delete them.

I am not sure what you mean by its not in the platform at the moment, can you please clarify

With that I mean that there's no option in the platform at the moment to exclude members from being able to edit and delete their own replies. You can only disable the option to edit and delete threads at the moment

So to be clear, permissions as in the screenshot above is not related to editing one's own, it is global allow all.  Without this permission a user can edit their own thread or reply.   You can however go to administration->Applications->Forums>Editing Tab and set the Edit Age Post Body limit to a low minute value, which applies to both replies and threads but this will apply to every forum on your community.

Thank you Patrick, that's right we set that to 0 so editing is disabled. We're now only facing the "delete someone's own reply and child replies" as a challenge for our client. It's by design but would be great to have an enhancement to the platform to have an option not be able to delete your own reply as a member. Thanks !
