There appears to be a 'weighting' applied to the search results that appear in the search pop-up on Verint.
How can I override that for specific content and content types?
For example if I search my platform for the name of a group "members area", how can I manipulate the properties for that group to be what appears at the top of the search listing?
Or if I search for the name of a wiki document or blog post called "episode 592" ?
They may have some element of 'relevancy score' to what's being searched for, so I'm wondering, either via API, or editing the content type's metadata in some way, is there some mechanism to enforce that an item of any content that's in the SOLR index is prioritised to feature first in the search results?
