Content Issue - When i click to edit it, it automatically downloads

This is the file list, when i click on the file to edit the document/title it just auto downloads? I have many of these galleries throughout the community, so im unsure why this one isn't playing ball. Thanks!

This is not the default/expected behavior but it would help to review the actual page to provide a resolution.
